Who We Are
This group formed as a collaborative group of Indivisible and Evergreen Resistance in March of 2025. We started quietly as Indivisible Southworth yet immediately saw the need to include all of Port Orchard and South Kitsap and we have grown.More than anything, we are ordinary people – like you. We are your neighbors who care deeply about our country and the trajectory it is currently on. We believe in collaboration, community, and the power of “We the People.”
In South Kitsap county, Indivisible Port Orchard and Evergreen Resistance Kitsap come together as volunteers to plan and execute days of action in Port Orchard in response to attacks on our rights, our schools, our environment, and our Constitution.

Mission Statement
We peacefully advocate for democracy, the rule of law, and universal human rights. We support environmental protection, healthcare as a human right, science-based policy, and urgent climate action. We oppose authoritarianism, systemic inequality, and an economy that leaves millions behind.
Vision Statement
We envision a government that respects the dignity and inalienable rights of all as defined by the United States Constitution. We see a future guided by compassion, empathy, fairness and science. As people of South Kitsap we pursue these goals through peaceful civic action and community service.
Our vision is a society free from authoritarianism and inequality, where democratic values are lived every day, and where future generations inherit a livable planet and a stronger more inclusive democracy.
We seek a just and thriving democracy where all people are treated with respect and dignity, protected equally under the constitution, and empowered to participate fully in civic life. We embrace all immigrants, people of color, transgender people, and targeted communities.
